Financial & Insurance
It is our mission to provide you with high quality dental treatment. If you have dental insurance, we will work to help you understand your benefits and coverage in addition to filing your claims for you. As a courtesy, if we have your insurance information before your initial appointment, we will be able to determine your benefits before you arrive.
It is important to understand that we do our best to give a proper estimate for your insurance coverage, and sometimes there is a difference of either a credit or balance to the patient. The patient is responsible for any outstanding balance after we have received all insurance payments.
While we are able to bill and accept insurance benefits from most PPO dental plans, we are considered in-network for the following dental plans:
**As of January 1, 2022 we will no longer be a Network Provider for MetLife PPO
What does it mean to be in-network? If we are contracted as a network provider, we have agreed to follow the fee schedule from your insurance company for the procedures that you need. This fee schedule is considerably less than our usual and customary fee for most procedures. This means that your out of pocket expense will be less than if you went to an out-of-network provider. If you have any questions regarding this, we are happy to answer them.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash or Check
- Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
- Care Credit
In an effort to help you, we will prioritize any necessary treatment so that the most important and urgent dental needs are met first.
